Partner with the business to ensure our internal workforce remains trained and skilled to the highest standards.
- Work closely with leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure skills gaps are identified, and that appropriate training and Development opportunities are provided
- Manage the end-to-end process of internal training and Development, including scheduling training, reporting, budget management
- Plan, organise, and deliver individual training, group-based learning, and inductions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and deliver training
- Monitor the progress and success of external training provided, including attendance and successful completion
About you
You’re an organised and highly efficient professional who is very passionate about the importance of growing internal talent and the opportunities that this gives to employees.
- A passion for training and Development and the important role this plays within our organization
- The ability to effectively lead a team
- High levels of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Great communication skills; the ability to work with various people across all levels of the business
- Certificate in Training and Assessment is an advantage, but not a requirement
