- Conducting initial assessments to NDIS paediatric clients
- Create a tailored therapy plan that supports paediatric clients in achieving their goals
- Engage in regular team training where you will stay up to date with the latest evidence based methods of therapy
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines to provide a holistic care plan that best supports your client
- Administering treatment in clinic and community settings
- Completing administration and report writing tasks from home (if you wish)
- Undertake regular supervision with a senior clinician and recieve support with your caseload
- Clinic administration team will take care of your bookings and billings so you can focus on providing the best treatment to your clients
- $800 External CPD budget (annual/ pro-rata)
- Access a vast library of practice specific training modules to support you in upskilling in your areas of interest
- Peer support system- share ideas and work with colleagues within your team to continue to grow your skills
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
