Canberra Children’s Physiotherapy is excited to be looking for a new Paediatric Physiotherapist to join us on our mission to be the best Paediatric Physiotherapy Practice in Canberra. 

We primarily service the Woden/Western/Tuggeranong/Queanbeyan community although do have a growing number of children accessing our services from the north side. 

We are committed to keeping up with new evidence and implementing it immediately into our practice to ensure we provide the best possible treatment. We are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with families and their relevant medical/allied health team to support the child and family to achieve the best outcome. 

We believe Physiotherapy should create meaningful change to a child’s skill development, more quickly than what would occur without intervention. We offer a hybrid model (Mobile/Clinic based/Hydrotherapy) Paediatric Physiotherapy service in the Canberra and surrounding region. 

Due to growth, we are seeking to bring on a new Physiotherapist to take on a varied case load of children with disability, developmental delay, and musculoskeletal concerns. 

Currently, we are a small team consisting of 2 Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants and Administration Support. We are looking for someone who matches our vibe and shares our passion. 

We are looking for someone:

• With a Physiotherapy degree, current AHPRA registration and who has professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain). 
• Who has open drivers license (with own car preferable, although not required)
• Who can commit to the same consistent hours week to week – we can be flexible on days/hours to suit your schedule. 
• Who has a Working with Vulnerable Peoples card (or willingness to obtain
• Who is open to learning Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) therapy - this is our favorite intervention!
