Form of workAs a senior member of the Paediatric team, you will offer clinical expertise within the Department of Paediatrics at the facility. Your responsibilities will encompass the supervision and management of children across various settings, including the Emergency Department, inpatient care, neonatal nursery, outpatients, and community consultations. Oversight of the Child Development Unit and adherence to mandated child protection responsibilities are integral aspects of your role. In addition to these duties, you will provide supervision for the clinical practice of General Practice Paediatricians and junior medical staff. Active engagement in the education of all health staff affiliated with the service is a key component of your responsibilities.
