ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting for a Trade Qualified Painter with experience as either Foreperson or Head Painter, to join the team at Bayswater as the Paint Performance Manager. The main duties include:

• Ensuring high quality workmanship in accordance with Repairhub standards.
• Leading and mentoring a highly skilled team to achieve and maintain required daily targets. 
• Manage appropriate use of material and equipment & ensuring safe working practices

• Relevant experience and qualifications
• Drivers Licence  
• Appropriate Australian working rights 
• Be a strong team player 
• Have a genuine interest in the industry
