Painting supervisor is required for a building company with OH&S experience . Our company is focused on residential work in the property maintenance industry.
Duties include:
- Co-ordinate onsite construction activities including employees, sub-contractors, materials, and access equipment etc.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Leading other staff to ensure they are productive and focused.
- Excellent understanding of OH&S
- Achieving a safe and successful completion of the project on schedule and to the specified quality.
- Working on the tools on occasions.
Successful candidates must have/show:
- Must be qualified – Trade Certificate preferred
- OH&S Certificate 4 or 5 is required to be considered
- First Aid Certificate
- EWP above 11 metres
- Working with children’s check
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office.
