To be successful in this role, you are required to be:
- Experience working with iBodyshop, Parts Check, Estimage & NTAR
- A comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques
- Experience with Assessing EV vehicles advantageous but not required
- Well-developed computer skills, excellent organization, time management and customer service skills
- High ability to communicate
- Endorse our current processes and administer best safety practices
