About the role:
In this role, you will be working for one of our prestigious and well-known corporate clients. This role is located in the heart of Sydney CBD and you will be working in a regular basis from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.
In this role, you will be:
- Managing & Ordering the pantry and stock levels, to ensure a consistent supply of pantry items and necessities
- Manage Ad-hoc food, beverage, and service requirements for meetings, events, and related activities
- Create multiple drafts for the client to select lunch offerings each week
- Day-to-day kitchen area/office set up
- Keeping the refrigerator, snacks, kitchen and pantry displays replenished and organized at all times
- Regular temperature checks
- Unpacking deliveries/Presenting catering
- Ensure stock room(s) are clean and organized
- Continuously monitor coffee, tea, and related supplies, ensuring availability
- Set up signage and labels for easy identification of pantry items
- Conduct regular checks for expiry dates on pantry items, ensuring freshness and safety
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pantry station, shelves and fridges
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple task simultaneously
- Outstanding communicational and interpersonal skills
- Immaculate and smart presentation
