About the Role:
In this role, you'll be working closely with a team of talented Lawyers, infusing your can-do attitude and boundless energy into every project. In return for your enthusiasm, you'll find yourself immersed in a world of intriguing and intellectually stimulating recovery matters. Your responsibilities will be diverse, including:
- Drafting legal documents
- File management and running of files
- Stakeholder management
- Preparing discharge of mortgages, arranging settlements and files for eviction
- Identifying complex, sensitive and high risk matters and escalating where appropriate
- Administrative duties as required
To secure this exciting position, you'll need previous experience in a similar role, with exposure to debt recovery being a significant advantage.
