Central Coast Financial Planning Group (CCFPG) is actively seeking a highly organised and experienced Paraplanner to join our financial planning team based on the Central Coast (Erina). The role offers professional developmental pathways within a growth business, meaning that opportunities thrive for the right person. Our dedicated and committed team will work alongside you to help you on your own personal growth journey. 

This role plays a pivotal role within our organisation, working closely with our Advisers and Clients at CCFPG, while also providing the opportunity to collaborate with the broader Coastal Advice Group (CAG) team. This unique structure allows for personalised service at the local level while leveraging the collective expertise of our skilled colleagues across Australia.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the Advice team with tasks associated with the delivery of Financial Advice
  • Attend client meetings to support the Financial Adviser and utilise Wealth Central
  • Communicate and engage with new and existing clients
  • Conduct research analysis on client strategies and products for the Advice team
  • Prepare Statements of Advice (SOA) plan requests for Adviser approval
  • Oversee accurate and timely preparation of compliant advice documents
  • Ensure the Adviser process is adhered to at all times. This includes the completion of compliance documentation for adviser approval and Xplan task completion

Requirements:  

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in the Financial Planning industry 
  • Technical and strategic Financial Planning knowledge is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in utilising Xplan or similar systems for client administration is highly desirable 
  • The ability to work as part of a high-performing team
  • The ability to work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to achieve common business objectives
  • Excellent client relationship skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
