In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support and act as the first point of contact for parents in this welcoming school community. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your effective communication skills as well as your organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines.

• provide reception and administrative support within established routines and procedures
• collaborate and communicate with others to ensure high professional standards are met
• contribute to and promote the development, alignment, attainment and review of the strategic goals of the school.

As an Administration Officer with Toowoomba Catholic Schools, you will be joining a network of 32 schools who, with the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office, form Toowoomba Catholic Schools. Through our shared purpose, enabling full and flourishing lives we support staff and students to reach their potential. 

You will receive regular support from the Principal and leadership team who will help you to grow your skills and knowledge.
