Between the hours of 8am to 6pm - No weekend work
Working hours( 4 days)
Monday 9am - 6pm
Tuesday 8am to 5pm
Thursday 9am - 6pm
Friday 8am to 5pm
34hr part time with 30 min Lunch break each day.
This position is to cover Maternity leave. to 10th Aug 2024
Long term position may be offered for the Right Candidate.
Responsibilities would include:
Front desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments)
Liaise with patients and their families, GPs, other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate manner.
Scanning and updating all patient-related correspondence and results
All general reception, administrative and medical support duties as required
Provide ongoing support to GP's and Practice Nurse as required
Be a friendly point of contact between patients and the clinical team
Ability to work independently and as a team
Essential Requirements:
Medical Receptionist experience preferred but not essential
Strong Customer Service Skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Confident in the use of technology
Show initiative and work productively within a team environment and maintain a great rapport with patients and colleagues.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise duties
Exceptional time management skills.
