We are looking for a pair of enthusiastic workers to join our team at RAC Margaret River Nature Park. We have two roles available for a Front Office Attendant and a Grounds and Maintenance Officer, both will also be required to conduct housekeeping tasks as required.
Duties Include:
Front Office:
- Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the park and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing assistance over the phone and via email.
- Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the Park, including school groups, weddings and events.
- Assisting with the operations of the Park including housekeeping.
- General gardening, grounds and maintenance work at the holiday park which includes cabins, caravan and camping grounds, amenities, camp kitchen, swimming pool and public areas.
- Assisting members and guests with their requests
- Upkeep of the park amenities & pre-arrival site checks
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Assisting with the operations of the Park including housekeeping.
- Being responsible for "on-call" tasks during the managers days off

What we are looking for
Front Office
- Previous experience in reception in a caravan park or accommodation
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Previous experience in administration highly regarded
- Previous experience using NewBook or other guest reservation software highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to work on their own and flexibility to work in different areas of the property such as Housekeeping
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Basic mechanical and handyperson skills
- A thorough understanding of Workplace Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Manual Drivers Licence
