Long term Career opportunities available along with a professional development supporting culture.  About youAs the face of Council, you will provide excellent customer service and ensure work is carried out in a timely manner, while working as part of a pro-active, high performing team.

 While possessing well developed team and leadership qualities, you also have an eye for detail and can work autonomously.  Your horticultural/turf management knowledge should demonstrate a strong understanding of soil science, plant identification, and pest & disease management.    To be successful in the role, you’ll need the following:An interest in the landscaping/horicultural industry and relevant machinery.

Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card)Current “C” Class Drivers Licence (manual)Desirable:Current “MR” Class Drivers Licence.  Essential to your success is physical agility and the level of fitness, strength and dexterity to carry out labouring and frequent heavy lifting & bending. As such, appointment to this position is subject to completion of a pre-employment medical assessment.
