Position available:
1 x Part Time 10am - 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Facility Cleaning: Regularly clean all areas of the facility, including kitchens, dining areas, restrooms, offices, and entryways, ensuring all spaces meet health and sanitation standards.
- Equipment Care: Clean and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring they are stored correctly and safely after use.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of waste and recycling according to company policies and municipal guidelines.
- Supply Management: Restock consumable items like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels throughout the facility.
- Deep Cleaning: Conduct scheduled deep cleaning tasks and sanitation procedures, particularly in high-traffic and food preparation areas, to maintain an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Safety Practices: Follow all safety and health regulations related to cleaning chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper ventilation and protective gear usage as necessary.
- Reporting Issues: Report any maintenance or safety issues encountered during cleaning to the maintenance supervisor promptly.
Applicants must have
- Experience in various aspects of cleaning.
- Knowledge of chemical use and PPE
- Understanding of OHS practices.
- Well-presented and ability to follow safety instructions.
- Must be able to pass an Australian National Police Clearance
- Demonstrate Full Working Rights in Australia
- Good communication skills
