The Role
The Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) position exists to lead the educational planning, preparation and implementation of the Early Years curriculum, with sound knowledge and a level of expertise in educating children aged birth – 5 years.
The Early Childhood Teacher will provide leadership within educational teams through high quality practices and procedures, building effective relationships and ensuring health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace.
This is a Part Time position working a 30 hour week.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum working towards an approved early childhood teaching qualification.
- Solid experience within the sector
- Strong communication skills
- An excellent working knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- You will also need to hold a current WWVP Check and First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate. (or willing to obtain them)
