Part Time Facility Cleaner

WHAT WE NEED?

Challenger is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and results driven Part Time Facility Cleaner to join our team at a premier Aged Care facility in St Ives.

Previous experience working in an Aged Care environment is an advantage for this position, but not a requirement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

• Help support the quality of life of elderly residents and make a positive impact to their wellbeing
• Complete tasks associated with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
• Cleaning both front of house and back of house areas
• Using chemicals and adhering to safety standards
• Other duties associated with cleaning requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED?

• Available to work Monday to Friday, for shifts commencing at 7:30am
• Have your own reliable car as public transport is limited
• Have experience in commercial cleaning and/or housekeeping environments
• Have a good understanding of the safety elements associated with the job
• Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
• Have been vaccinated for Covid-19 and Influenza
• Have a valid police check
• Good presentation and grooming
• Sound communication skills
