SalaryWe currently have an outstanding opportunity for an Café Supervisor to assist in the day to day running of our NO.1 café.
This is a floor-based role, where learning your customer base and knowledge is critical, as you will be on the machine pumping out consistent awesome coffees.
Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited too) assisting the manager in;
- Financials - including labour, revenue & budget targets
- Managing staffing requirements, recruitment, and rosters
- Ordering and replenishing stock, including stocktakes
- Customer Service standards of excellence
- Leadership and Training
- Compliance regarding Food Safety and WHS in line with company requirements
- Excellent Leadership qualities

- Can Work under pressure, creating a dynamic and fun environment
- Support and training
- Excellent customer service
- Responsibility, reliability, problem solving skills
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster between 5.00am till 23.00pm
- Strong Barista skills and experience
- Multitask, and maintain composure whilst under pressure

- Understanding of key cash controls and compliance
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Highly developed leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
