The opportunity

Abba Group have a vacancy for a part time Operations and Office Manager to join our team. The Part time position is available now and you will be required to attend our Surry Hills office for a 5 hour shift (9.30am – 3pm). Some flexibility to adjust hours if needed. 

About you

• Proven administration experience including filing, answering the phone and directing client enquiries 
• Proven business / commercial experience
• Passion for administration, sales, marketing and building relationships
• Self-motivated, confident with a burning desire to succeed
• The ability to take on new challenges with vigour and enthusiasm
• Able to work autonomously, as well as part of a dynamic team
• Proven problem-solving ability, and excellent negotiation skills
• Understanding of full suite of office programs
• Confident on the phone and ability to interact with our team and clients
• Ability to draft and compile correspondence utilising excellent grammar
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain our database. 
• Ability to assist in new broker on-boarding, management & integration
• Streamlining processes, procedures and systems
• Understanding basic invoicing and basic graphic design a bonus but not essential, etc
• Previous experience with financial management or bookkeeping a bonus but not essential
• The ability to understand broad strategy, run and execute it all the way down to the finer details
