We are in search of casual hospitality professionals for the floor and bar who have a passion for the industry and possess at least one year of experience. Our team members enjoy working alongside a fantastic kitchen, engaging with an extensive and diverse wine list, and serving from a frequently changing beer selection. Qualifications & experience
- 1 year experience as section waiter (desired)
- 1 year experience in customer service (required)
- VALID RSA (required)
- 3 plate carry (required)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide outstanding and consistent customer service to our guests.
- Make sure guests are attended to and feel welcomed at all times. This ensures the guests do not have to ask for what they need, it is offered.
- Provide efficient service, making sure you are calm and collected and perform all designated tasks on time.
- Effectively run a section without assistance. (training provided to applicants with the right attitude)
- Show your attention to detail, ensuring all service areas are clean/presentable for guests.
- Effectively prepare for service, ensuring that all service areas are equipped with the essentials to not delay operations.
- Bring basic wine knowledge to be able to offer appropriate pairings for dishes.
