The Candidate
- Excellent communicator with great integrity
- WA property management registration, or state equivalent, is preferred
- Technology savvy with the most widely used computer programs.
- Reliable and dedicated self-starter
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks
- Experience using PropertyMe, Inspections Express and IRE, highly regarded
- Attention to detail with negotiation skills and people management
- An enthusiastic worker with a good team mentality
- Excellent time management
- Drivers licence
- Reliable car (rebated per kilometre)
Position
- Undertake and manage all viewings and leasing requirements
- Owner, Tenant & Contractor liaison
- Work from home possible
- Commencement date flexible
- Take the leasing from inspections to agreement between owner and tenant. All leases and ingoings are completed for you.
- Move to full-time or more time considered for the right person in the future if you want.
