About the Role:
As a Responsible Person at Whoosh Care Austral, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our team to excel in their roles. Your leadership skills will shine as you assist the Team Leader in ensuring our program delivery is top-notch and aligned with our policies, regulations, and quality standards. You'll help manage bookings and make every day exciting for our wonderful children.
This part-time opportunity offers approximately 25 hours per week, covering mornings, afternoons and school holiday care. We value work-life balance and are open to discussing flexible hours that suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Team Leader in program planning and preparation.
- Collaborate with the children to create an engaging program tailored to their interests.
- Manage daily routines for this age group, ensuring structure and fun.
- Provide exceptional supervision and support to our team of educators.
