About the Role
We have a wonderful opportunity in our Michael Kors Chadstone store for a Part-Time Sales Assistant who is driven, self-motivated and ideally has a clienteling background. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers and maximising sales opportunities
- Ensure superlative customer service standards and create a memorable experience through visual merchandising and styling
- Proactively maintain a long term relationship with customers
- Assist with stock replenishment
This is a permanent, part-time position at our Michael Kors Chadstone store location.
About You
- Experience in retail, premium/luxury experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to sell
- Previous experience using POS system
- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
- Able to work autonomously if needed
