Job Description
The Role:
We currently have 2 Part Time positions available for experienced Retail Security Officers who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. This position is to commence ASAP and is based at our Jesmond Central Shopping Centre.
You will be responsible for providing professional security service supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, management of emergency situations and demonstrated pro-active security awareness.

Role Requirements:
To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:
- Current NSW Full Security Licence
- Apply First Aid Certificate
- Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
- Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
- The ability to complete reports using various platforms
- Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate appropriate
- High level problem solving skills
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Ability to work shifts up to 12 hrs
- Availability across 7 days / nights
