ABOUT THE ROLE
Through a targeted approach, continue to develop the game of Australian Rules through the implementation and execution of AFL programs to gain maximum participation levels at Community Football, NAB AFL Auskick, NAB Superkick and AFL NINES across the Southern NSW region of Albury Murray. This will occur through best-in-class delivery and ensuring high-quality customer experience across all football and fan engagement programs.
This role is located in the Southern NSW region of Albury Murray.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
Key Accountabilities:
- Support junior clubs and Auskick centres in relation to recruitment, volunteers, coaching, protocols, promotion and venue hire
- Drive program bookings to achieve aspirational growth targets.
- Deliver and run a variety of AFL programs in either school or after-school time. Programs could be school curriculum linked, Auskick, Superkick, all-abilities or others.
- Conduct promotional activities to meet participant targets e.g. school assemblies and other promotional activities.
- Ensure each program is delivered in line with the program curriculum and all participants can participate in a safe, friendly & fun environment.
- Drive program bookings to achieve aspirational growth targets.
- Liaise with teachers, schools and other program stakeholders.
- Facilitate AFL player visits and fan engagement activities.
- Contribute to key projects within and outside of core role.
- Support and contribute to the success of the broader team.
