Your Opportunity
The Priority Project Grant Program enables new, innovative and sustainable solutions to address the growing community issue of homelessness in Western Sydney. The program assists women leaving FDV situations by linking them to private accommodation options.
Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Broker relationship between Service Providers providing case management support and Real Estate Agents / Landlords in the private market.
• Assists women leaving FDV situations by linking them to private accommodation options.
• Promote the value of linking properties with the program to prioritise women who have experienced FDV
• Liasing partner to allocate houses to clients and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

Requirements for Success
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Ability to inspire, influence and negotiate others and advocate for FDV
• Demonstrated experience working in a Business Development or Sales Environment
• Ability to confidently identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
• Strong listening and engagement skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships
• A sound level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
• A positive team player who looks for ways to improve current work practices and processes
• Ability to maintain resilience and manage personal development, self-awareness and own wellness

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
