Parts Interpreter (Customer Service) | Truckline | Cairns QLD

We are currently seeking applications for a full-time permanent Customer Service (Parts Interpreter) at our Cairns QLD Branch.

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for providing our customers with helpful and efficient interpreting of their part requirements.
• The ordering parts from suppliers.
• Setting up merchandising displays.
• Keeping the work environment in a safe and clean condition.
• Assisting with stocktakes and basic warehouse work, where required.

About you:

• You understand the benefits of Safety and like to work in a safe work environment.
• Ideally you will be enthusiastic and eager to learn with an interest in mechanical parts.
• You must have a desire to work with and support our customers, this is a must!
• You will possess exceptional communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude. 
• You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, where you will be able to multitask and prioritise.
• You will have good administrative skills, and intermediate ability on a computer.
• Whilst previous experience in a similar role would be preferred, applicants interested in starting a career in the commercial vehicle parts industry are encouraged to apply.
• Current driver’s license.
