Role Description:
As a Parts Interpreter, you will perform administration duties and respond to all customer and workshop enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret van and light truck parts whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service. 
• Responding to customer via emails and phone regarding parts enquires
• Interpreting FUSO, Mercedes Truck, Freightliner & All makes parts catalogues
• Processing invoices and quotations
• Provide effective and efficient customer service and product advice on parts
• Opportunity to eventually learn about the sales aspect of this role and be able to navigate conversations regarding selling more parts to customers

Requirements:

• Need to have an experience and / or understanding of truck parts and be able to guide clients based on requirements

About you:

• A good mechanical / parts understanding
• Respond efficiently and effectively to all customer and workshop enquiries
• Good administration and organisational skills
• Enjoy working in an energetic environment
• Excellent attention to detail with good written and verbal skills
• Reliable and punctual person with a “Can Do Approach”
• A valid Australian driver’s license
• Background in the auto industry would be an added bonus
