Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

This position is located in our Queanbeyan branch, full time, Monday to Friday with rotational Saturdays and after-hours work required.

• Promotion and sales of products and/or services to suit customer needs.
• Sourcing and ordering parts.
• Providing technical parts advice.
• Assisting with preparation and maintenance of merchandise displays.
• Facilitating inter branch transfers of stock.
• Following up on back orders and stock shortages.
• Opening and closing the branch as required.
• Supporting our service department with parts.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Agricultural or automotive parts sales experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for finding the right solution for each customer.
• Ability to use Microsoft applications (word, excel, outlook)
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours through peak periods and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift license (preferred, not essential).
