Parts Interpreter - Agriculture and Commercial Parts with STIHL Division Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and identify parts requirements for agricultural and commercial machinery.
- Assist customers in finding the right parts and provide expert advice on product compatibility and applications.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of essential parts.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Manage and support the STIHL tools division of the dealership, utilizing a professional degree in STIHL products.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to source and order parts as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in agricultural and commercial machinery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar role within the agricultural or commercial machinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural and commercial machinery parts and their applications.
- Professional degree in STIHL products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management and parts cataloging software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
