We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Leader with extensive experience to take our Parts Business to the next level.

Some responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a growing team of parts interpreters and Autobody supply
- Setting and delivering budgets
- Inventory management
- Ongoing liaison with Mercedes-Benz factory in relation to inventory, product training, IT, Trade Sales and marketing
- Working with other department managers across the dealership
- Customer support as necessary
- Continual improvement of department systems and processes
- Providing strategic direction for retail sales and marketing
- Having input into facilities development and maintenance
- Ensuring department safety procedures are adhered to at all times
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Strong IT and systems skills
- Pentana experience highly regarded
- An open and proactive management style
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to assess and report on department results with confidence
This position reports to Fixed Operations Manager and is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious candidate with previous experience in a similar role and strong people management capabilities.
