About the role
Due to an internal relocation, we have a fantastic opportunity to take on the leadership of our Parts team in Warracknabeal.
Our Warracknabeal Branch is small but busy branch that predominately services our Broadacre Farmers across the Wimmera and Mallee region. Importantly the Branch has a positive, well bonded culture with a dedicated Branch Manager.
Our Parts department is considered to be the first point of call for our customers and its therefore critical that our Parts Managers understand how to deliver strong customer service, how to drive effective retail sales and how to effectively manage and control stock levels.
Whilst we would love interest from anyone with direct Parts management experience, we would also like to hear from anyone with a leadership background in Agriculture or from a technically facing customer service role.
Maintaining a strong culture is paramount to us, so someone who has a positive energy and drive for continuous improvement is of definite interest to us.
