About the role - We are seeking a motivated, intelligent, enthusiastic and joy-filled professional to join our team of front-line School Officers.
The Pastoral Support School Officer will work in close partnership with the College Leadership, Pastoral Leaders and College Counsellors and will demonstrate outstanding levels of professionalism and discretion.
About you - The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

- Outstanding communication skills
- A positive disposition and a role model for students
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students
- A genuine desire to work in partnership with College staff, students and families
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to remain curious but calm
- An ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Experience in database use and management.
A service focused mindset will be evident in the successful candidate’s ability to articulate their experience in working to create an environment where, in partnership, they have worked to support teams in the achievement of organisational goals.
