Balfours is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Cook / Baker to join our team.
As a Pastry Cook / Baker, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills by preparing a variety of delicious pastries, cakes, muffins, donuts, cookies, etc. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering high quality products to our customers.

About the Role:
- Assisting with daily production of high-quality products.
- Demonstrating skills in baking pastries, desserts, cakes, cookies, sweets, and pies.
- Decorating duties.
- Applying pastry baking techniques according to recipes.
- Accurate data recording.
- Work with planning and quality departments on operational issues.
- Ability to train and develop other staff, as well as adhering to food industry regulations.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and cleanliness practices to ensure Food Safety and WHS compliance is achieved.
- Monitoring equipment and ensuring all specialised pastry baking tools are in working order.
