What you'll be doing
To provide support in Pathology in the pre-analytical areas. This mainly includes blood collections (phlebotomy), specimen processing, reception work and data entry.

• Previous experience in venepuncture and capillary blood collection techniques.
• Previous experience in handling / sorting Pathology specimens.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and relate positively and effectively within the team setting.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Previous reception or customer service skills.
• Demonstrated competent ability to use computers with particular emphasis on data entry skills.
• Ability to work 7-day rotating roster.
