In this role you will be based permanently in Caringbah, but you will be coordinating the clinic for our Parramatta clinician remotely.
A day in the life of an ihear team member:
Greeting Patients
Scheduling appointments
Handling queries via calls, emails and in person
Calling patients to schedule appointments
Document scanning
Organising payments and invoicing
You will have:

Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent phone manner and enjoy speaking on the phone
Ability to multi-task
Outstanding attention to detail
Friendly and empathetic nature
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to show initiative and willingness to learn
Be able to travel between sites as required
