About the role
- Responsible for a wide range of support services to clinical and non-clinical areas, primary duties including but not limited to cleaning, porterage and waste services, as outlined in Queensland Health Patient Support Services Manual
- To provide efficient and effective Patient Support Services within the Caboolture campus.
- To perform duties associated with a non-clinical support to clinicians such as, patient handling techniques and patient transportation.
- To perform routine and periodic cleaning duties in accordance with the Department of Health (DoH) Environmental Cleaning Guidelines in line with Caboolture protocols and procedures.
- To provide waste and linen services as per Caboolture procedures/guidelines.
- Rotational shifts e.g. (day, evening and night), 7 - day roster including weekends and public holidays may apply depending on shift and area rostered.
