We are seeking an experienced and motivated Patio Install Manager to join us on a Full Time basis.
This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Installer to transition into Management.
The Install Manager will be responsible for the smooth operations of all installations carried out across multiple sites around Perth. This is a hands on role 50/50 between the office in Wangara & various sites around Perth Metro area.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following
- Managing Installers
- Attending site to discuss designs with Installers and Customers
- Bringing experience in the industry to come up with solutions and resolutions
- Liaise with & develop good working relationships with our Installers
- Provide recommendations on ways to improve efficiency’s
The successful candidate will require the following
- Good People Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure
