Be a part of our high performing Payment Assist team here at Red Energy, where you will be responsible for guiding our customers through the debt recovery process.You will display exceptional customer service and empathy to our customers, and assist them with regaining financial control of their energy bills.
You will be guided through an in-depth training program from our learning and development team, as well as ongoing support post training from your manager and peers. The support is endless and you will have a flexible arrangement of some working days in our Bryant and May office and some days working from the comfort of your own home.
You will be given all the tools you need to be a true success and an opportunity to leave your mark!
