About the Role:

We are embarking on a journey to combine our separate payroll systems into 1 high functioning platform. Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will take ownership of the remediation process.

  • Analyse historical data to determine previous variances in pay amounts
  • Update system configuration to capture correct data
  • Determine new BAU processes to ensure accuracy
  • Calculate and document pay adjustments
  • Effectively communicate changes to employees and answer any payroll related queries
About You:

You have a genuine passion for teamwork and achieving results. In being a part of such a large scale project, you will be proactive and resilient with proven experience in complex payroll functions. You will have: 

  • Experience in a comparable role within a large organisation
  • Experience in ClockOn and/or MYOB preferred
  • An understand of general HR preferred
  • Extremely high accuracy and attention to details
  • Be adaptable and confident in dealing with any curve balls that come your way
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
