WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Darwin Motor Group is looking for an energic and enthusiastic Payroll/Admin Officer to join our team. The position reports to Finance Controller.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End to end payroll processing
- Processing leave, superannuation, payroll tax onboarding, and termination
- Working as part of wider Admin/Finance team
- Maintain confidentiality
- Daily reconciling of bank statement
- Prepare all online bank payments
- Daily banking of funds received
- General administration tasks
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role you will need:
- At least 2-year previous payroll experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian legislation
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Well-developed time management, accuracy, and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of software platform such as Unipay, and Employment Hero/World Manager would be a plus
