  • Support the ongoing cyclical delivery of the Group Performance and Talent Reviews, and the monthly employee engagement survey

The aim of this position is to plan and manage the delivery of key cyclical people projects to all employees with a focus on continuous improvement and keeping it simple for our customers.

What you'll do

  • Work in collaboration with multiple People and Culture teams to plan and deliver key People and Culture cyclical activities to the Group, efficiently and effectively, such as the Annual and Half Year Performance Reviews, twice yearly Talent Reviews and the Loop, our monthly engagement survey.
  • Contribute to the annual People & Culture activity plan and maintain various process documentation and support materials, such as Standard Operating Procedures and training materials.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, systems, templates, self-service information and functionality, and automation.
  • Drive customer-centered design within the team to ensure the effectiveness and business appropriateness of delivery plans and solutions.
  • Provide timely technical advice on matters escalated to the team through the Tiered Enquiry Model and from stakeholders.
  • Manage all key stakeholders to achieve value-add partnerships, all working towards improved delivery of People & Culture initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • Degree in HR, Business or other similar degree (desired)
  • Leadership experience and 5 years of HR and/or operations delivery experience
  • Strong consulting skills are valuable for effectively advising and guiding clients and stakeholders on various HR-related matters.
  • Excellent written communication skills to clearly communicate HR processes in a meaningful way to customers.
  • Intermediate project management skills, including iteration management using JIRA.
  • Effective stakeholder management is key to building and maintaining strong partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, self-driven and able to work autonomously, and also work effectively as part of a high performing team.
