As a Pedagogy Coach, you will play a pivotal role in driving instructional excellence and supporting the professional growth of the teaching staff.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality coaching and support to teachers in grades 7-12, focusing on pedagogical strategies and instructional practices.
- Collaborate with educators to design and implement innovative teaching approaches that engage and inspire students.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers to enhance their instructional effectiveness.
- Foster an innovative teacher midnset which supports student-centred learning.
- Model highly accomplished teaching using contemporary pedagogy and flexible curriculum design.
- Undertake professional learning as a connected education or contributes to system learning.
- Support teachers in the use of digital technology to enhance learning
- COntribute to a culture that enables imagination, creative and innovation.
- Work closely with the heads of school to co-lead the learning priorities across the Schools of Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
- Focus on the development of teacher practice, emphasizing growth and innovation over compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a teacher in grades 7-12 with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical theories and methodologies, with a focus on student-centered learning.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate educators.
