As a Pedagogy Coach, you will play a pivotal role in driving instructional excellence and supporting the professional growth of the teaching staff.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality coaching and support to teachers in grades 7-12, focusing on pedagogical strategies and instructional practices.
  • Collaborate with educators to design and implement innovative teaching approaches that engage and inspire students.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers to enhance their instructional effectiveness.
  • Foster an innovative teacher midnset which supports student-centred learning.
  • Model highly accomplished teaching using contemporary pedagogy and flexible curriculum design.
  • Undertake professional learning as a connected education or contributes to system learning.
  • Support teachers in the use of digital technology to enhance learning
  • COntribute to a culture that enables imagination, creative and innovation.
  • Work closely with the heads of school to co-lead the learning priorities across the Schools of Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
  • Focus on the development of teacher practice, emphasizing growth and innovation over compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience as a teacher in grades 7-12 with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of pedagogical theories and methodologies, with a focus on student-centered learning.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate educators.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation in education.
