Who we are

Therapy and Stuff Allied Health Services is an Occupational Therapy business based in the City of Moreton Bay, Queensland (Australia). We are looking for a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our friendly, supportive team.

Where we are

Located 40 kms north of the Brisbane CBD, our clinic is situated at the heart of City of Moreton Bay, a place where coastal charm meets bustling urban centres and lush hinterlands beckon with their natural beauty. With an average of 280 to 300 sunny days annually, this region is referred to as the "Sunshine Capital of Australia".

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy, either full registration or at least Stage 1 Desktop Audit completed with AHPRA and full rights to work in Australia.

Your role:

Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions to children with a variety of disabilities.

Providing group therapy programs with full support and supervision.

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.

Work with families and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

Advocate for the rights of neuro-diverse children.

Complete clinical notes and reports in a timely manner.

About You:

Preferably 2+ years of OT experience working with children.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mandatory requirements:

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (B.OT.) degree.

Either full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. (AHPRA) or Stage 1 Desktop Audit completed with AHPRA.

Own Professional Indemnity Insurance

Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or medically exempt.

Valid Australian driver’s licence and your own car.

A current National Police Criminal Check.
