About the Role:
You will be a self-motivated, competent Developer and will have a strong technical background in building releasing large complex (SaaS and PaaS) systems, integrating them with other systems. You will have deep understanding of micro-services architecture, AWS, Pega (ideally version 23), Low-code applications platforms, UI frameworks and DevOps practices. In this role, you will:
- Assist the Tech Lead and Solution Architect to identify and manage technical risks.
- Develop a strong understanding of user needs and take part in technical deep dive workshops to explore technical design options.
- Assist running Proof of Concepts and running technical spikes.
- Assist the Solution Architect and Tech Lead to create and maintain detailed designs.
- Take part in team activities, including Feature and User story refinement, effort estimations and planning.
- Document 'as-built' product design details for software deployed to production.
- 5+ years developing in Pega.
- Experience developing PaaS and SaaS products.
- Experience Developing in agile teams.
- Demonstrated experience in Pega 8.8 or 23 Infinity - Desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in React/VUE.JS development - Desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in MuleSoft API development - Desirable.
- Demonstrated experience with AWS - Desirable.
Initial term: 15 months
Extension: 2x12 months extension options
Clearance: Australian Citizens with Baseline clearance
