About You
You are a Pega expert and are passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals the right way, on-time with a strategic mindset. You are a highly technical, hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to solve client problems. You speak the client's language with excellent communications skills, and are highly adaptable and hungry to learn. You thrive in a cross-disciplinary environment, as comfortable building applications as working with experience designers, business architects, domain consultants and data scientists.
What You Will Do at IKOR PX
- Work within a global technical team that is known for innovation and delivering compelling client outcomes
- Co-lead client engagements, setting the technical roadmap and solution approach
- Lead the technical team in understanding client objectives and requirements, and developing and testing use cases to ensure best possible application design
- Design the technical solution and lead the technical team in development activities while ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
- Perform code reviews and review alert logs to ensure application quality is in compliance with coding standards, UI/UX standards and Corporate Security standards
- Validate that delivered solutions meet and perform to technical and functional requirements
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of reuse and portability in terms of enterprise solutions implemented using Pega
- Have a solid understanding of APIs and the ability to articulate this knowledge to non-technical team members
- Contribute to practice building, including mentoring junior team members, building out our market propositions and related activities
- Minimum of 8 years of Pega PRPC 7.x +
- Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
- 5+ years experience as a Lead Systems Architect
- Pega Financial Services applications (e.g. CLM/KYC, Smart Disputes) experience
- Knowledge of Banking and/or Insurance business processes, best practices and policies
- Preference given to candidates with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions
- Permission to work in applicable geography
