About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the role of People and Culture Advisor is a true generalist role where the successful candidate will assist the People and Culture team with employee and industrial relations, work health and safety, learning and development and generalist advice to the wider organisation.
This role can be worked either full time or Part Time hours between 3 and 4 days per week with hours negotiable for the right candidate.

About you
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally have the following:
• Extensive experience in HR Advisory
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience in providing IR/ER advice with the ability to interpret relevant legislation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written abilities
• Ability to manage and negotiate complex relationships for positive outcomes.
• Strong working knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety, Workers Compensation and Injury Management.
• Strong organisational skills that allow you to prioritise work and meet conflicting deadlines
We are looking someone with experience in:
• Delivering best practice support and advice on a range of People and Culture matters including Employee and Industrial Relations, performance management, discipline/grievance resolution, WHS and HR governance and compliance.
• Preparing and delivering various People and Culture project work in areas of Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion and employee engagement
• Conducting workplace investigations and supporting managers with grievances and/or disciplinary matters
• Supporting the review of company policies and procedures, including implementation as required
• Driving workforce related initiatives of WA Blue Sky’s Strategic and Operational Plan including workforce strategy, learning and development and leadership.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have human resources experience gained within a complex human services or community services environment and the ability to adapt to working in an NDIS environment.
Pre-Employment Requirements
• Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
Remuneration Package
To attract the right candidate, on offer is an attractive remuneration package which will be offered in line with relevant skills and experience including:
• Competitive salary between $100,000 and $115,000 per annum plus superannuation
• 5 weeks annual leave;
