About the role
We have an opportunity for an experienced People and CultureData Analyst and Systems Administrator to join the People and Culture team.

The People and CultureData Analyst and Systems Administrator at Renewal SA plays a critical role in supporting various human resource functions. They are responsible for managing and maintaining several systems, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity. They provide expertise in data analysis for decision-making and government reporting, while prioritising training, risk management, and system maintenance. The Systems Administrator also plays a key role in system design and development, translating technical details into business terms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain various HR systems including HRIS (Cornerstone), Objective, Time Wise, Chris21, Fresh, and SharePoint.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related queries, troubleshooting, and user support, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
  • Analyse HR data to provide insights for decision-making, generate reports, identify trends, and forecast future needs.
  • Ensure data integrity by maintaining quality standards, conducting regular audits, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities for system enhancements, automation, and workflow optimisations, while ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.

About you
In a People and CultureData Analyst and Systems Administrator candidate, we are seeking strong technical skills in HR systems, coupled with expertise in data analysis for decision-making and reporting. Problem-solving abilities, clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to training and development are essential qualities.

Additionally, experience in system design and development, collaboration, adaptability to changing requirements, and proactive risk management capabilities are crucial for success in this role.
