Work options: Hybrid
3 days at the office, 2 days working from home.

Your Role:
The People and Culture Coordinator is responsible for
Supporting the recruitment and selection process
Assisting with the induction and onboarding of new employees
Support the annual performance appraisal process
Produce employee related correspondence
Support the preparation of monthly P&C Report and any other reporting requirements
Complete other generalist and administrative tasks
About You
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate the below key attributes and experience:
Demonstrated experience in a People & Culture function
Knowledge and understanding People & Culture best practice
Hands on experience working with a RMS and LMS systems
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated
Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and research skills with an attention to detail in reports, HR documents
Strong consulting, negotiation, influencing and facilitation skills
