What you'll do

Be the ambassador for new starters into The Lottery Corporation and lead in the coordination of onboarding activities for our team members, organising products and working with concierge to ensure the stock is up to date for welcome kits for new starters.

  • Coordinate invoices and payments across the People Experience team and play an active role in the cyclical budgeting activities with finance.
  • Coordinate general administration for the People Experience team including managing meetings, setting agendas and aligning calendars.
  • Manage the People Experience email inbox, ensuring queries are addressed promptly and with a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with people and culture colleagues (including people operations, payroll, advisors and business partners to ensure HR queries reach a resolution and are managed in a timely manner.
  • Support the employee comms team with content and events.
  • Assist People Operations with processing employment related changes that occur throughout the employee life cycle, such as induction, probation, recruitment and employee changes.
  • Identify and implement P&C related initiatives that enhance the overall employee onboarding experience.

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary HR or related qualification (desirable).
  • Understanding of employment legislation such as FWA Act, modern awards and agreements (desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative assistance and support.
  • Previous experience in a service orientated environment.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and networks.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise discretion, tact and judgement.
  • Knowledge of HRMIS such as Oracle is highly desirable.
